This is my 5th day in Italy. This time, we went on a looonngg 4-hour drive from Cuneo all the way to Florence, or Florenza in Italian. We didn't do much today besides stopping at rest stops to grab a quick lunch and getting a great view of the ocean on the west coast of Genoa.
We got to Florence and did a quick sightseeing tour of the downtown area. It was so wonderful seeing the colorful buildings and the ancient architecture style of many of the buildings there.
After the tour, we walked to a restaurant called Borderline to end the day with dinner. The food was tasty and the dessert was delicious!
